Intercom Integration
Overview
The Intercom is integrated into the event directory, simplifying the process for users to reach out to support.
Setting Up Intercom
Navigate to Setup > Events > Managed > Setup and scroll down the Branding section, turn on the Integrate Intercom messenger in event directory toggle, and then click Save.

Once you sign into the Event Directory, an Intercom icon will be displayed as shown:
