Overview

The Dashboard displays statistics for events and can be customized to show data for a specific event by choosing the event’s name from the dropdown to the right of the refresh icon.

The Organizer dropdown redirects you to the main dashboard in the side menu as shown:

Registered, Attended, and Absent Statistics

Displays the stats of an event showing the number of registrants, attendees, and the ones that are absent.

Recent Registrants

Displays the most recent registrants to the event.

Registration Status

Displays a flowchart including the number and percentage of attendance and absence of registrants.

Registration by Ticket Type

Displays a flowchart including the number and percentage of registrants purchasing each ticket type.

Registrations Source

Displays a flowchart the origin of ticket purchases, identifying whether they were made through a web application, directory, mobile application, or as a result of automated actions.

Registrations by Date

Displays the recent dates where tickets were purchased. The Registration by date can be displayed monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly.

Choose Monthly to display the statistics of tickets purchased by months.

Choose Weekly to display the statistics of tickets purchased by weeks.

Choose Daily to display the statistics of tickets purchased by days.

Choose Hourly to display the hourly statistics of tickets purchased on a specific day.

Top Ticket Types

Display the most purchased ticket types.

Top Activities

Displays the most interacted activities from the event.

Top Add-Ons

Displays the most used add-ons at the event.

Top Sessions

Displays the most attended sessions at the event.
