EventGen Reports and Analytics

Overview

EventGen offers comprehensive, detailed information on the event data you need.

Registrant Reports

Tickets Report

It includes: Attendee Name, Ticket Type, Registration Date/Time, Registration Source, and No. of Times the Badge was Printed, Email and Phone Number links (Mailto: and Tel: links).

From the Managed menu, click on the Ticket number.

You can filter by:

Ticket Type: ex. Standard Ticket, VIP Ticket.

Source: ex. Mobile App, Import, Directory.

Attendance: Filter by Registered (all), Attended, and Absent.

Registrants Report

It includes any selected field that is recorded on the registrant’s profile.

Click on the Registrant number and then click on Export

Everything Report

It combines the above two reports, exporting ticket information and any selected registrant profiles.

The export includes the event metadata such as Event Name, Event Type, Event Start Date, Event End Date, Event Organizer, Number of Registrants, Number of Attendees, and Number of Absentees.

(Custom) Check-ins Report:

Part of the 'Everything' export.
Includes registrants' names and emails and activity log such as Event Status, First Event Check-in date, First Event Check-out date, Last Event Check-in date, Last Event Check-out date, Number of Check-ins, First Check-in Duration, and Last Check-in Duration.

 

Click on Export from the drop-down menu on the event name.

Dashboard Reports

Clicking a number on the dashboard will show the ticket list of the clicked attendees. This allows exporting registrants by session or addon attendance (by clicking the numbers on sessions/addons). However, the session/addon names are not included in the report.

From the Managed menu, click Dashboard.

Under Registrations by Source, click on the data needed.

You can filter by:

Ticket Type: ex. Standard Ticket, VIP Ticket.

Source: ex. Mobile App, Import, Directory.

Attendance: Filter by Registered (all), Attended, and Absent.

Registration Forms Reports

Any data entered on the event’s registration form. Also gives the option to export prospect fields (any data on the registrant profiles).

 From the Managed menu, click Registrations and click on the export icon next to the number of submissions.

Fulfillment Action Prospect Report

When a fulfillment action is taken from the event (based on registration, event check-in, session check-in, etc..) a list of prospects can be exported from the history log of each fulfillment action. The report can include any fields from registrant profiles.

From Fulfillment Actions, search for your Event and click Export.

Session Report

Includes the event’s Session names and the number of Tickets/ Registrants for each add-on.

From Events, click on the drop-down menu and choose Sessions.
From session, click on Export.

Session Information Per Registrant

Includes registrants' names and emails and session logs such as Session Status, First Event Check-in date, First Event Check-out date, Last Event Check-in date, Last Event Check-out date, Number of Check-ins, First Check-in Duration, and Last Check-in Duration.

The export will also include an additional sheet with the session metadata such as Session Name, Session Start Date, Session End Date, Session Number of Registers, Session Number of Attendees, Session Number of Absents, Session Number Check-in, and Session Number Check-out.

From Events, click on the drop-down menu and choose Sessions.
From session, click on Export Logs.

 

Activities Report

Includes the event’s Activity names and number of Tickets/ Registrants for each activity.

From Events click on the drop-down menu and choose Activity.
From Activity, click on Export

Activity Information Per Registrant

Includes registrants' names and emails and activity logs such as Activity Name, Registered, Registration Date, Attended, Status, First Check-in date, First Check-out date, Last Check-in date, Last Check-out date, Number of Check-ins, First Check-in Duration, and Last Check-in Duration.

The export will also include an additional sheet with the activity metadata such as Activity Name, Activity Category, Activity Start Date, Activity End Date, Activity Number of Registers, Activity Number of Attendees, Activity Number of absentees, Activity Number of checkins, and Activity Number of checkouts.

From Events click on the drop-down menu and choose Activity.
From Activites, click on Export Logs

Add-Ons Report

Includes the event’s add-on names and the number of Tickets/ Registrants for each add-on.

From Events click on the drop-down menu and choose Add-Ons.
From Add-Ons, click on Export

Add-on information Per Registrant

Includes registrants' names and emails, and add-on logs such as Has Access, Access Date, Access Credit, and Access Credit Used.

The export will also include an additional sheet with the add-on metadata such as Add-on Name, Add-on Category, Add-on Start Date, Add-on End Date, Add-on Number of unique redeems, Add-on Number of redeems, and Add-on Number of registers.

From Events click on the drop-down menu and choose Add-Ons.
From Add-ons, click on Export Logs

 

Order Reports

Summarized Order Report

It contains Order No., Event Name, Discount Code, Subtotal, Fees, Discount Total, Tickets (no. of tickets purchased in the order), Items (no. of items in the order), Registration Source (ex. Directory, Mobile App, Import),

System User (the user who registered the attendee on the mobile app), Directory User (in case of directory registration.), Date

You can filter by: Event & Date Range

Itemized Order Report

It inRegistrant names and emails and every single item is on a separate row (even items purchased in the same order). Item type, item name, and item price are included for each row.

You can filter by: Event & Date Range

 

From the drop-down menu on the event, choose “Orders

Then, click on Export and choose whether to export “Summary Report” or “Itemized Report

Payment Reports

Payment Logs Report

It includes the Order no., Status (Success or Failed), Type (Cash or Card), Total, Source (ex. Mobile App), User, Transaction Reference, Card Type (Visa, Mastercard, etc..), Card Last Four Digits, and Failure Reason.

From the Managed menu, Choose Orders from the drop-down menu, click Payment Logs and click Export

Cash Payment Report

It contains Order no., Status (Success or Failed), Type (Cash or Card), Total, User, and Settlement Status (Settled or Unsettled).

Transaction Report

The transaction report contains all transactions, including event names, dates, order numbers, registration types, and registrant details such as email, name, and company. You can access it by going to Setup Icon > Events > Managed > Transaction and clicking on Export.

Analytics

Organizer Dashboard (Web App)

It includes:

  • Number of all registrants, no. of attended, and no, of absent.

  • Recent registrant profiles: showing clickable names of recent registrants for easy access to the profiles.

  • Registrant status pie chart: showing attended vs absent, each one is clickable to view on a list (with ability to export).

  • Ticket type pie chart.

  • Registration source pie chart.

  • Registration by date: showing the number of registrants on each day.

  • Top ticket types: Tickets sorted by number of registrants.

  • Top activities: Activities sorted by number of registrants.

  • Top add-ons: Add-ons sorted by number of registrants.

  • Top sessions: Sessions sorted by number of registrants.

You can access the Dashboard from Managed then click on Dashboard.

Mobile App Event Summary Dashboard

This dashboard includes the following:

  • Event Log History: Shows an activity log for registrations, badge printing, and event check-ins & check-outs.

  • Event Statistics: Shows the total number of registrants with a circular progress graph visualizing attended vs total, while showing the number of attendees and the number of absent registrants beside the graph.

  • Ticket Type Statistics, Session Type Statistics, and Activities Statistics: Shows all ticket types, all sessions, and all activities along with the number of total registrants, number of attended, and number of absent registrants for each of them.

Click the Summary tab at the bottom of the screen

Mobile App Registrant History and Current Activity

Access any registrant’s profile and observe their activity log (ex. Registration, Check-ins). Also, view their current activity (ex. If they are checked in into a session) and change it (ex. Check them out of the session, or revoke their access).

  1. Click the Registrants tab at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Select Registrant.

  3. Click History.

Mobile App Registrant List and Filters

Access the list of registrants and use the following filters: All (show all attendees), Absent, In (checked in to the event), and Out (checked out from the event). Each attendee has a status beside their name (with color codes for easier readability).

You can find it in the Registrant tab at the bottom of the screen.
