Overview
The orders tab shows the orders made for all of the events. Each order made either through the directory or the mobile app has a number.
View Orders and their Details
Navigate to Setup > Events > Managed > Orders
Order #
Refers to the unique number or ID assigned to each individual order.
Event
Denotes the name of the event from which the order was generated.
Discount Code
Indicates the promotional code applied to the order. If no discount is applied, this field remains blank.
Subtotal
Displays the total amount due before any applied discounts are deducted.
Fee
Represents the cumulative sum of all additional charges (fees) included in the order.
Discount
Displays the amount to be deduced from the subtotal. If no discount is applied, this field remains blank.
Total
Displays the total amount due after applying the discount.
Tickets
Indicates the quantity of tickets bought within the order.
Tickets' info page
Clicking on the number below Tickets column opens a new window that displays detailed information about the tickets.
This page features details such as the name of the attendee associated with each ticket, the ticket category, the registration date, the origin of registration (whether through the directory or the mobile app), and the total number of badges that have been printed.
Filtering Tickets
Tickets can be filtered to display a particular type of ticket, all registrants, only those who attended, those who were absent, a specific attendee, or based on the registration source, be it from the directory or the mobile app.
Changing Ticket Type
Click on Change below the ticket type.
Then click on the dropdown and choose a different ticket and click Save.

Items
indicates the total count of items bought within the order including tickets, session, and addons.
Registration Source
Displays where the registration took place, either on the mobile app or the event directory.
System User
A System user can be either staff member or a user on the system purchasing tickets either from the mobile app or the event directory.
Directory User
A Directory user refers to a public user who is purchasing tickets from the event directory.
Date
Denotes the date and time when the order was created.
The orders can be filtered by date, event's name, and order number.
Exporting and Printing Orders
To export the orders, click on the drop-down menu on the top right of the screen, then click Export.
