Overview

Based on Choose2Rent’s instructions, the following is a structured internal quick-reference guide to help the team complete the setup smoothly and easily.

Setup Instructions

To ensure all rented equipment is installed and functioning properly, please review the following setup guidelines:

Router
For cellular router rentals, first locate the router and allow a few minutes for it to connect to the nearest local network tower. Then identify the venue’s hardline internet connection and confirm that it is a DHCP connection with no splash/login page. Once verified, connect the hardline directly to the router’s WAN port. To find the router Wi-Fi SSID and password, please refer to the Rental Equipment Setup Guide included in the BOX shipment.

Printer
For printer rentals, a test print will be placed inside the printer package. This document should be retained until the printer is fully operational, as Choose2Rent support may request it for troubleshooting purposes.

Apps
Any applications pre-installed for the rental can be managed through the Business app on the device. If an application is not already downloaded, personal app store credentials may be used to install it. Please note that these rental devices have certain restrictions enabled.

Accessories
All necessary accessories required for setup and operation, such as keys, screwdrivers, and related tools are included with the equipment. These items should be carefully accounted for, as any missing or unreturned accessories may result in replacement charges.
