Overview

The tracking engine tracks the visitors of the Event Directory. When the tracking feature is enabled for the Event Directory, the system starts tracking everyone who opens any link in the Event Directory.

Additionally, the system will be able to identify the user as soon as they connect their email addresses.

Note that if the visitors have disabled their browser tracking cookies, the system will record details such as their IP addresses, browser session data, geographic location, and possibly their company, if it can be determined from their IP address.

Setting up the Tracking Engine

Navigate to Setup > Events > Managed > Setup and scroll down the Branding section, turn on the Integrate tracking engine in event directory toggle, and then click Save.

To view the visitors of the Event Directory, navigate to Visitors > My leads
