Exhibitor Portal Submissions
Exhibitor Portal Submissions shows submissions by all exhibitors across the event. The submission report includes both exhibitor information and attendee contact information. Exhibitor information includes the exhibitor’s name, email, booth number, capture method, and more.
To access your exhibitor portal submissions, navigate to Events > Exhibitors and click on the number of submissions of your portal.
The submissions report will include the notes entered in the ‘Event Notes’ field under the column named ‘Submission Note’.
Filtering and Exporting Submissions
Inside the report, you will be able to filter submissions by exhibitor or by exhibitor groups.
Notes entered in the ‘Event Notes’ field can be seen under the column ‘Submission Note’.
You can also export the report from the drop-down button on the top right.
Exhibitors Tab
The exhibitors tab shows information about exhibitors per portal (including deleted users) such as number of license users, number of used licenses and number of signed in users. The page also allows you to filter by exhibitor groups per portal.

Dashboard Elements
Invitations
Users Invited: The total number of users invited to access the lead capture mobile app. These users are staff users from each exhibitor. For example, if Exhibitor A had 5 users and Exhibitor B had 7 users then the total number of users would be 12.
Exhibitors Invited: The number of unique companies (exhibitors) that were invited to the Exhibitor Portal.
Logins
User Logins: The total number of users who have logged into the mobile app. This number only counts their initial login, not subsequent logins. Compare this number to Users Invited to determine adoption rate. For example, suppose Exhibitor A had 5 users who were invited to access the app and Exhibitor B had 7 users invited; however, only 6 of those users logged into the app. Users Logged In would be 6, meaning another 6 users have not logged into the app and the adoption rate is 6/12 = 50%.
Exhibitor Logins: The total number of exhibitors who have logged into the lead capture mobile app. For example, if Exhibitor A, Exhibitor B, and Exhibitor C all had users who were invited to access the mobile app; however, nobody from Exhibitor B logged into the app then there would be 2 exhibitors logged in. Use this number with the number of Exhibitors NOT Logged in to determine adoption rate.
Users NOT Logged in: Number of users who have not logged into the lead capture mobile app. For example, suppose Exhibitor A invited 5 users and Exhibitor B invited 10 users. If 8 of these users logged into the mobile app using the authentication code, there would be another 7 users who did not.
Exhibitors NOT Logged in: Total number of exhibitors who have not logged in to the lead capture mobile app. For example, if Exhibitor A, Exhibitor B, and Exhibitor C all invited users to access the app; however, B and C did not have any staff users login yet, then the total number would be 2.
Activities
Leads per Users: This is the total number of scans (submissions) captured per exhibitor staff user. For example, if there were a total of 1,000 scans (submissions) at the event from 20 total users then this number would be 50. Total users here is based on the number of users logged in.
Leads per Exhibitor: This is the total number of scans (submissions) captured per exhibitor. For example, if there were a total of 1,000 scans (submissions) at the event from 20 exhibitors then this number would be 50. Total exhibitors here is based on the number of exhibitors invited.
Conversations
Leads (Submissions): Total number of captured submissions.
Conversations per Attendee: A conversation happens when an attendee is scanned/captured by an exhibitor using the mobile app. This number indicates the average number of conversations each attendee has. Only attendees who have had their badge scanned at least once are counted in this number. To calculate the number take the Leads (Submissions) and divide it by the number of unique submissions. For example, if there were 1,000 total submissions/scans from 500 attendees then the Conversations per Attendee would be 2 (1,000 / 500).
Unique Companies: This is the total number of unique companies across all attendees who have been scanned by an exhibitor. For example, if there were 5 attendees from Company A and 3 attendees from Company B, then the number of Unique Companies in Attendance would be 2. Note, there must be at least one scan from an attendee at a company to count towards this number.
Capture Method
Shows the number of badge scans, transcriptions, list filling (using an attendee list in the capture form) and normal entries (manual entries).
Leads
Numbers of leads captured on each day, showing a graph of 7 days.
Template Usage
Shows the number of capture forms created from the capture form templates.
Lead Quality
A graph showing all leads, sorted by their ratings (Cold, Warm, Hot and Urgent).
