Exhibitor Portal Registration

Overview

Exhibitor portal registration streamlines the process by enabling external users to self-register for lead retrieval services. This efficient system eliminates the necessity of manually adding each participant, simplifying the registration workflow.

When registration is enabled from the exhibitor portal builder, exhibitors can start registering using a registration link or the Captello mobile app.

Registering through a Registration Link

Registering can be done through a general link or an exhibitor group link. The difference is as follows:

General Link: When registration is enabled, a registration link will appear in the General tab.

Registering through this link allows registrants to choose an exhibitor group while signing up.

Exhibitor Group Link: Once registration is enabled for a group, a registration link for that group starts appearing.

Unlike the General Registration link, a group link will pre-assign the registrant to the group.

The image below shows the difference between registering from the General Link and a Group Link.

Registering through the general link allows the registrants to choose an exhibitor group while signing up.

Contact Information Page

First, a registrant fills in the required information.

Cart Page

An organizer could be selling additional services that a registrant can add to their cart before checking out. All the offered additional services appear on this page.

Checkout

After a registrant reviews their order, they proceed to the checkout page to pay.

Note that the VAT number field and the pay later option only appear when enabled in the exhibitor portal builder.

If the registrant adds a VAT number, it will be included in their invoice.

The pay later option sends an email with a payable invoice to the registrant.

Registration through the Captello App

To register from the Captello app, tap the Register as an exhibitor button at the bottom of the login screen.

Once tapped, all the events that allow registration through mobile will appear on your screen, along with the price ranges for the lead capture of each event.

Note: Events with a red lock icon requires a passcode for registering.

Step-by-Step Registration

After tapping an event from the list, the registrant will be prompted to start ordering Lead Capture

Sign-up Page

On this page, the registrant fills in the required contact information.

The registrant will also be prompted to choose an exhibitor group.
