Lead Liaison imports up to 1,000 leads, 1,000 contacts and 1,000 accounts every 5 minutes. To estimate the time it takes to fully import your data use the following formula:

(Records / 1,000) x 5 minutes = Loading Time

For example, if you had 100,000 leads in Salesforce.com to import into Lead Liaison it would take (100,000 / 1,000) x 5 minutes = 500 minutes, or 8 hours and 20 minutes.

Note, a Record is a lead, contact and account object together. In other words, up to 1000 leads, 1000 contacts and 1000 accounts together every 5 minutes.

Bi-Directional Syncing

Lead Liaison syncs with Salesforce.com bi-bidirectionally every 5 minutes. Syncing direction can be changed from one-way (Salesforce.com to Lead Liaison), the other way (Lead Liaison to Salesforce.com) or bi-direction. When syncing is set to bi-directional any value changed on one side will be reflected on the other side.
