Integrate
Overview
The Integrate connector allows you to send your leads directly to Integrate, for seamless flowing into Integrate’s marketing automation.
Connecting your Integrate Account
Navigate to ‘Setup > Integrations > Connectors’, and scroll down to the ‘Integrate’ connector.
To add an Integrate source, click ‘Add account’.
Enter your Organization ID, API Key and Source ID, then name your event and click ‘Refresh Sources'.
Starting on October 21, 2025, all new connections must be through the new authentication method (Org ID + API Key + Secret) as opposed to the legacy method (Org ID + API Key).
All already-established connections will be intact until December 2025.
A connection has to be made for each source, meaning this set up is done once per event. You will be able to clone connections using the same Org ID, API Key and Secret, just changing the Source ID and Event Name.
Select the desired source from the 'Source Id' drop-down.
Add an 'Event Name' for your connection. This can be whatever you want. The name will appear when setting up your capture form to sync leads to integrate.
Click ‘Save’.
Your Integrate account is now connected!
You can easily connect other sources by cloning the existing connection. Refer to Adding More Sources after Field Mapping.
Field Mapping
To map Captello fields to Integrate fields, click drop-down on the desired account and click ‘Map Lead Fields'.
Click the “+” and “-” buttons to add or remove fields. Select fields from the drop down (Captello fields are on the left and Integrate’s fields are on the right).
Adding More Sources Under the Same Connected Account
To connect other sources in the future, click on the drop-down of an already connected account and click ‘Clone’.
The connection pop-up will be pre-filled with the Organization ID and API Key, allowing you quickly select another source ID.
The cloning pop-up will also allow you to clone field mapping from previous sources, this will work if you have the same fields in the other source you are connecting.
Alternatively, to connect more accounts or sources, click the ‘Add account’ button again.
Syncing Leads from a Capture Form
To set up your capture form to sync leads to Integrate, a fulfillment or automation action is required. In the following example, a submission action is used to sync all submitted leads to Integrate.
Do not forget to make sure your Capture form fields are mapped to the Captello fields that are mapped to your Integrate fields on the Connectors page.
Click on the gear icon inside the capture form and select ‘Actions (Submission)’.
Select the action ‘Sync to Integrate’.
Select your account, and click ‘Save’
Your capture form is now set up to sync all submitted leads to Integrate!
Syncing Submission Edits
If you want edits to submissions to also be synced to Integrate, it’s recommended to set up the same fulfillment action under Actions (Submission Updated) as shown:
Duplicate Management
Integrate uses a combination of All field values to detect duplicates. If all field values match a record that exists on Integrate, it will count as a duplicate, and the sync action will fail.
If any field value is different, it will create a new record.
By default, Captello forms do not allow submitting the same email twice, unless the form’s duplicate management setting is to ‘Accept’ or ‘Merge’ from the Capture Form’s properties.
Setting it to ‘Accept’, is recommended, since it saves all submissions, including multiple submissions of the same person (identified by the same email).
If you decide to go with the ‘Merge’ option for a more tidy submission log, and if you need to sync changes to the same record (if a person is submitted multiple times and one value overrides an existing one), it’s recommended to set the Integrate fulfillment action in Actions (Submission Updated), so it also syncs records when their submissions are updated.
Logs
Logs show you the status of syncing each lead, it will also show errors if any have occurred during the sync process.
To access logs, navigate to ‘Setup > Integrations > Connectors’, click the drop-down on the desired account and click ‘Logs’.
Removing your Integrate Source
To remove an Integrate account, click on the drop-down of the desired account and click ‘Revoke’.
Then click ‘Yes’ on the confirmation pop-up.
