Triggering off Data Changes in SFDC
Triggering off Data Changes in SFDC
Lead Liaison can trigger automated actions from direct or non-direct changes in Salesforce.com fields. As Lead Liaison monitors the Salesforce field parameter "SystemModStamp" (instead of only the "LastModifiedDate"), changes to Trigger fields, Formula fields, Roll-Up Summary fields, and more will be detected by Lead Liaison. You can use Lead Liaison's "Prospect data value changes" smart trigger, available with behavioral automation types, to filter out matching Prospects and initiate a suite of various automated actions.
