The Account Name can be generic. You’ll take additional steps for each event.
Once your account is connected, it will show as following:
If you have multiple Swapcard accounts, you can add them by clicking the New Account button.
You can change the Account Name and API Key by clicking the down arrow next to the Swapcard account and clicking Settings.
Connecting your Swapcard Events

Drive Engagement and Trigger Actions
Adding Actions to Attendee Behaviors
The integration helps organizers drive engagement by assigning points to over 34 unique actions taken by attendees. Using Captello’s Digital Activations, Reward Center, Leaderboards, Waypoints, and more…Organizers can truly take their events to another level. In the example below we show how to assign points when an attendee creates a meeting request with another attendee.
After you sync your event you’ll see a drop-down arrow to the right. You can set up Fulfillment Actions to trigger after an attendee takes one of the following actions.
Primary Actions
There are three primary actions you can track participation for:
Actions (Register): When an attendee registers for the event.
Actions (Check-In): When an attendee checks in to the event.
Actions (Session Check-In): When an Attendee checks in to any session inside the event.
Additional Actions
To add additional actions from Swapcard,
Swapcard provides a list of additional actions that attendees can take in their events.
Syncing Additional Actions
Before clicking on actions, you need to define which actions you need to be synced from the event.
To choose actions, from the event drop-down, click on Settings.
Then choose the actions you need from Sync Analytics Actions Type.
