Creating Salesforce Tasks

Overview

Captello allows creating tasks for Salesforce records (Leads and Contacts), by creating a task, adding details to it (Subject, Comments, Priority, Status and Due After) and assigning an owner for it.

Prerequisite

In order to use the ‘Create Salesforce Task’ fulfillment action, a task needs to be created in Captello.

What creating a task in Captello does is pre-fill information about the task that gets sent to the task fields inside Salesforce (Subject, Comments, Priority, Status and Due After).
