Sync Log

Lead Liaison provides the Salesforce Lead Sync Log, which shows the results of the Sync Lead to SFDC automation action. To see the log navigate to Reports > System > CRM Logs. If any kind of error occurs then the Status column will show "Error". Hover your mouse over the error to see the error details. Once the error is resolved you can click the gear under the Actions column to attempt to re-sync the lead.
