Questions

Some activations, such as Quetrix, Trivia etc., are played in a questions & answers format. Question bank is where all of your questions & answers are stored that can later be used in any of the appropriate activations.

You can upload any number of questions to your questions bank found under Events > Activations > Questions.

Open

There are three types of questions:

System: Standard questions we have loaded into the system that any customer can use.

Account: Custom questions loaded by users to their account.

All: Both System and Account level questions.

Adding Questions

To add a new question, simply click on the green NEW button and provide the following information:

Each question can have multiple answers. Yellow Star indicates the correct answer.

You can also add multiple questions at once from this pop up.

Categories

Questions can be added to different categories. For activations that select questions from the bank, you have the option to pick which categories to select the questions from.

When adding your questions, you can create a new category by clicking on the + icon.

Importing Questions

You have the option to add multiple questions in bulk using the Import option.

Once clicked, you will see a popup that accepts the import file.

You can also download a template with sample question so that you can correctly format your file to be uploaded.
