Browser Privacy Settings

For the optimal experience when using multiple Activations or Waypoints, you want it to recognize a previous form fill so it does not ask the same questions again. To do this we use cookies. Most major browsers are now moving towards blocking cookies by default, but they always include a way to turn them back on. You can provide the suggestion for your users to turn on cookies to get the best experience. Below are the common browsers and how to turn them on.

Iphone

Safari

  1. Click Settings

  2. Find and Click on Safari

  3. Look for Privacy & Security

  4. Make sure Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies are toggled off

 

Chrome or Firefox

  1. Click Settings

  2. Find and Click on Chrome or Firefox depending on which browser

  3. Make sure Allow Cross-Website Tracking is turned on

 

Android

Chrome

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.

  2. At the top right, tap the three dots and then Settings.

  3. Tap Site Settings > Cookies.

  4. Select Allow Cookies.

Firefox

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Firefox app.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Tap on Enhanced Tracking Protection.

  4. Choose Custom and uncheck Cookies.
