ROI
Overview
With Return on Investment (ROI) reporting, you can understand the costs of your campaigns, programs, and lead sources. When combined with OneFocusâ„¢ CRM or integrated with Salesforce.com, you can also see which campaigns are bringing value to your Organization.
Accessing ROI Reports
To access the ROI reports, navigate to Reports > ROI. There are four ROI reports available:
Lead Source
Program
Campaign
Paid Search
Click on the appropriate report to view.
Lead Source
The Lead Source ROI report shows ROI by the Prospect’s Original Lead Source.
Lead Source – the Original Lead Source value.
All People – every visitor and Prospect with the Lead Source.
Prospects – known Prospects (with email address) with the Lead Source.
The below columns are only available with OneFocusâ„¢ CRM or the Salesforce.com integration.
Opportunities – number of Deals in the CRM.
Value – dollar value of the Deals.
Wins – number of Deals won.
Revenue – dollar value of revenue from closed-won Deals.
Programs
The Program ROI report shows you which of your Programs are bringing value. The report is based on Programs that contain the Prospects' first-touch campaigns. Note: the Campaigns within the selected Program must have a cost attributed for the system to properly calculate some of the reports.
Cost – the total cost of the Campaigns within the Program.
All People – all visitors and Prospects associated with a Campaign in the Program.
Prospects – all known Prospects (with email address) with this Program as a part of their first-touch Campaign.
CPP – cost per individual Prospect (Cost / Total Prospects).
The below columns are only available with OneFocusâ„¢ CRM or the Salesforce.com integration.
Opportunities – number of Deals created from this Program.
CPO – cost per opportunity (Cost / Total Deals).
Value – dollar value of Deals.
Wins – number of closed-won Deals.
Revenue – dollar amount of closed-won Deals.
ROI – return on investment (Total Revenue / Cost * 100).
Campaigns
The Campaign ROI report shows you which of your Campaigns are bringing value. The report is based on the Prospects' first-touch campaigns. Note: the Campaigns within the selected Program must have a cost attributed for the system to properly calculate some of the reports.

All People – all visitors and Prospects associated with a Campaign.
Prospects – all known Prospects (with email address) with this first-touch Campaign.
