Use Assignment Rules when your company needs to distribute leads based on the following:
- Number of Employees
- Annual Revenue
Using Distribution Rules
Assignment Rules may be combined with Distribution Rules for powerful, multi-dimensional lead distribution strategies.
Lead Liaison can distribute unknown leads as well. Unknown leads are prospects who do not have a name or email address associated with them. By default only known leads are distributed. To include unknown leads check the "Include unknown leads" setting.
Assignment Rules may be prioritized in the event a lead matches multiple criteria on more than one Assignment Rules. When this happens, the lead will be applied to the Assignment Rule that is higher in priority. To adjust priority click the black up/down arrow as needed. Priority ranges from top (highest) to bottom (lowest).
