Connexions Dashboard
Overview
The Connexions dashboard offers valuable insights for all your accessories, allowing filtering data by users, profiles and connection type, providing a comprehensive view of accessory usage.
Accessing The Connexions Dashboard
To access the Connexions dashboard, from Captello’s home screen, click on ‘Connexions’, then click ‘Dashboard’.
Alternatively, from the dashboard page, select the ‘Connexions’ category
Dashboard Details
Once the dashboard is loaded, you will be greeted with 5 main elements:
Filters: Allow you to narrow the stats.
Activity categories and activity chart widget for the selected activity.
Recent activities widget: showing recent activities, such as submitting a form, or viewing a profile.
Link engagement: visits to social media and other integrated websites included in a Connexions profile.
Connections: Number of prospects collected through contact exchange, connected 365 forms, and accessory taps.
Filters
The filters on top of the dashboard allow you to narrow down the data by selecting users, profiles and time frame.
By default, the time frame is set to 7 days.
Activity Categories and Chart
Select an activity category to show on the chart. You can further show/hide sub categories inside each category.
The available categories are:
Connections: The number of captured prospects through 365 forms, contact exchange and accessory taps.
Subcategories for connections include:Inline Form: Prospects captured through submitting their information to a Connexions profile form.
Contact Exchange: Prospects who shared their contact information on a Connexions profile
Accessory Tap: Connecting through submitting a 365 form after scanning an NFC accessory.
Profile views: The amount of times a profile was loaded.
Subcategories include:Accessory Tap: Loaded the page by NFC scanning an accessory.
QR Code Scan: Loaded the page using QR codes of accessories.
Share: Loaded the page through any of the ‘share’ options from the Connexions profile
Accessory taps: How many times accessories were NFC scanned.
Subcategories include the types of NFC accessories, such as cards, buttons, stickers and bracelets.
Contact downloads: Shows how many times a vCard (vcf file is downloaded). The subcategories include ‘Auto Download’ (if the Connexions profile is set to auto-download on launch), and ‘Save Contact’ (manually saving the contact file).
Recent Activities
Recent activities show all activities done in the last 24 hours. The widget allows you to select activity type from the drop-down.
Activity types include:
Form submitted: shows when a prospect is collected by launching a Connexions profile using any of the methods (accessory tap, contact exchange or inline form) and filling its form.
Profile viewed: Connexions profile was loaded.
Accessory tapped: An accessory NFC scanned.
Contact downloaded: A contact file (.vcf) was downloaded.
Link tapped: An engagement link was accessed through a Connexions profile (such as social media links).
When a prospect is anonymous, it appears in the recent activity widget as ‘someone’.
Link Engagements
Link engagements show the number of times a link was opened from a Connexions profile.
It shows the total number on the title (50 in the following example), and the number of each link individually.
Connections
The connections widgets shows the number of prospects collected through Connexions.
Connections are categorized into:
Inline form: Prospects collected through filling an inline form on a Connexions profile.
Contact exchange: Prospects collected through sharing contact details on a Connexions profile.
Accessory tap: Prospects collected through NFC scanning of an accessory in lead capture mode and filling a 365 form.
