Overview:

The Connexions Report provides a comprehensive view of all prospects captured through Captello 365 or Quick Connection. It allows users to track and manage captured data efficiently by offering advanced filtering options.

Accessing The Connexions Reports

To access the Connexions dashboard, from Captello’s home screen, click on ‘Connexions’, then click ‘Reports’.

Filtering & Search Options: Users can refine their search using multiple filters to quickly locate specific prospects based on:

• Name: Identify individuals captured.

• Email Address: Locate prospects using their contact details.

• Form Used: View which form was used for data capture.

• Captured By: See who recorded the prospect's details.

• Capture Method: Determine if the data was collected via Inline Form, Contact Exchange, or Accessory Tap.

• Profile: Link prospects to their assigned profile.

• Submission Date: Sort and filter records based on submission time.

Link Engagements

The Link Engagement Report tracks how many times a link was opened from a Connexions profile.

• Detailed Tracking – Displays the number of times each link was opened individually.

• Link Type Classification – Identifies whether the link belongs to a Capture Form, Social Media, General, or other categories.

• Profile Owner & Profile Association – Shows who owns the link and the profile it is associated with.

• Tap Date & Engagement Count – Allows filtering by date to analyze engagement trends over time.
