Overview

Account licenses can be allocated from the main account to an associated subaccount. The licenses will be reduced from the parent account and added to the intended subaccount’s licenses.

Allocating Licenses

To allocate the licenses from the parent account, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to Setup > Account > Status > Event Licenses > Manage

Open

• You will be directed to the licenses allocated to your account.

• Choose the intended license type and click on the Transfer button next to it.

Open

• A pop-up will be displayed to set the intended child account and the number of licenses intended to be transferred.

• Click Transfer.

• You will be prompted to confirm your choice.

• Click Yes to confirm.
