Introduction

This documentation provides a concise guide on white-labeling our mobile application, offering partners the specifications and resources needed to customize and brand the app as their own. Aimed at businesses looking to enhance their digital presence without the overhead of developing an app from scratch, our white-label solution allows for rapid deployment of a fully branded app. Covering technical specifications, design guidelines, and resource requirements, this guide ensures a smooth customization process, enabling a personalized user experience that aligns with your brand identity and meets market demands efficiently.

Client Deliverables

  • App name: App public name

  • App description (max 4,000 characters): Used in the stores

  • App theme colors:

    • Primary Color. (contrast + shade)

    • Secondary Color. (contrast + shade)

  • App assets:

    • Splash screen png (2,732x2,732)

  • App Icon png with a background color (1,024x1024):

  • App logo without a background (30x30):

    • Used for notifications

    • Small icon at the top center of the forms page (header)

  • A horizontal logo with the text, which will be used on the login page:

  • iOS Previews and Screenshots:

    • iPhone 6.5” Display (1242 x 2688px, 2688 x 1242px, 1284 x 2778px or 2778 x 1284px)

    • iPhone 5.5” Display (1242 x 2208px or 2208 x 1242px)

    • iPad 13” Display (2048 x 2732px, 2732 x 2048px, 2064 x 2752px or 2752 x 2064px)

    • iPad 12.9” (2nd Gen) Display (2048 x 2732px or 2732 x 2048px)

  • Promotional Text (max 170 characters)
    Promotional text lets you inform your App Store visitors of any current app features without requiring an updated submission. This text will appear above your description on the App Store for customers with devices running iOS 11 or later, and macOS 10.13 or later.

  • Keywords (max 100 characters)
    Include one or more keywords that describe your app. Keywords make App Store search results more accurate. Separate keywords with an English comma, Chinese comma, or a mix of both.

  • Support URL
    A URL with support information for your app. This appears on your app’s product page once you release your app on the App Store.

  • Marketing URL (optional)
    A URL with marketing information about your app. This URL will be visible on the App Store.

  • App Clip (optional)
    You can set up a default app clip experience in App Store Connect. Default app clips can be invoked only in Safari by a meta tag and must include a valid domain. Learn More

    • Header Image
      Image must be in the JPG or PNG format and the RGB color space. It must also be 1800 x 1200 pixels.

    • Subtitle
      A concise phrase that helps express your app clip’s purpose. A subtitle can be up to 56 characters long.

    • Action
      The button label that appears on the app clip card. Select a verb that best fits your app clip.

    • Default App Clip Link
      A link that invokes the default app clip experience through NFC tags or QR codes, or in Safari, Messages, or other apps. The link will be active once your version has been approved. Learn More

  • Google Play Screenshots

    • Feature Graphic: must be a PNG or JPEG, up to 15 MB, and 1,024 px by 500 px

    • 7-inch tablets: Upload up to eight 7-inch tablet screenshots. Screenshots must be PNG or JPEG, up to 8 MB each, 16:9 or 9:16 aspect ratio, with each side between 320 px and 3,840 pxv

    • 10-inch tablets: Upload up to eight 10-inch tablet screenshots. Screenshots must be PNG or JPEG, up to 8 MB each, 16:9 or 9:16 aspect ratio, with each side between 1,080 px and 7,680 px

Deep Links

Clients will need to provide the deep link domain to be used so we add the site app site association to their site, and get involved in verifying the domain
