Follow these directions to connect your printer to the EventGen mobile app for easy badge printing:

Step 1: Download Zebra Printer Setup

Download the Zebra Printer Setup app. We suggest using the iOS device you’ll be using at your event. However, you can also use a Windows computer or Android device. In this example we’ll use an iOS device.

Step 2: Configure Printer

Step 3: Connect EventGen Mobile App to Printer

Manually Entering the IP Address to the EventGen Mobile App

To get the IP address for printer model ZD620, You will find it on the home screen as shown:

  1. Install the Zebra Printer Setup app.

  2. Open Printer Setup.

  3. Click on the three bars icon in the top left corner.

  4. Go to Discovered Printers.

To connect the printer using the IP Address to the EventGen Mobile app:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Click on Printers.

  3. Click on the Add Manually button at the top right corner.

  4. Enter a name to be associated with the printer. The Printer name can be any chosen name.

  5. Enter the printer’s IP Address.

  6. Click on Connect.

Note: Make sure you are connected to the same network as the printer.
