You can download leaderboard results on demand by using the Export Leaderboard Results option found under the actions drop down.
The following options are available for the export:
You can export leaderboard results for individual players, or teams (if any) or both.
You can also select no. of Prospects to include in the export email. For example, if you have 50 players on the leaderboard but want to export only 10, you can do that as well.
Notify Users - select the user(s) to send the email to with the export information.
Notify Teams - select the team(s) to send the email to with the export information.
The resulting export email with the download information would look like this:
