Future Events (CRM)

Overview

Lead Liaison's integration with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems allows our platform to incorporate CRM events into a marketers workflow when creating Automation Campaigns for lead nurturing, lead scoring, lead grading, segmentations and more.

Lead is Converted

  • Description = Executes when a Lead is converted to a Contact in a CRM. 
  • Example = When a Lead is Converted to a contact notify a sales person via an email alert. 
  • Operators: None. When this Future Event / Trigger is added it continuously monitors the CRM for this change.

Lead is Synced

  • Description = Executes when a prospect in Lead Liaison is synced to a Lead in a CRM. Sync could be done manually or automatically.  
  • Example = When a Lead is manually synced from the Visitors page to the CRM then execute this Trigger. 
  • Operators: None. When this Future Event / Trigger is added it continuously monitors the CRM for this event.
