Swipe allows you to build your own deck of Swipe cards with custom images and text, then add company or sponsor logos, questions, background and game elements to complete the build.

You can use it to portray brand messages, collect affinity information, and gather survey answers easily with your own customized game of Swipe.

Settings

Cover Image

This is the cover image of the activation as displayed on the Captello mobile device.

Play Restrictions

Here you can set the restrictions on game play. There are two options available:

Event Group: The user is allowed this many game plays across all activations associated with the Event. This total applies to any activation that has the Event Group setting enabled.

Individual: Limits the number of times this activation can be played. Empty or 0 is unlimited.

Mode

Leaderboard: Scores are sent to the leaderboard.

Prizes: Winning players receive a prize based on the prize probability configured in the Activation/Game. Leaderboards are not used in this mode.

Both: Winning players receive a prize based on the prize probability configured in the Activation/Game and their score is sent to the leaderboard.

Note: Recommended image dimensions are 225 pixels (width) × 226 pixels (height). it's best to use the same image, one with a lighting effect and one without. Do not use two different images as it will cause a conflict with game play.

Questions

For every individual question, you can set the following:

Left Side Sound

Left Side Answer

Left Side Points - Points gained when the player chooses the left side answer/option. It could be 0, positive or negative.

Right Side Sound

Right Side Answer

Right Side Points - Points gained when the player chooses the right side answer/option. It could be 0, positive or negative.

 

Bottom Sound

Bottom Answer

Bottom Points - Points gained when the player chooses the bottom answer/option. It could be 0, positive or negative.

You can also choose a custom Text Color and Card Background Color.

Show Points

Show points earned for each question.

Show Total Points - Show total points earned on the top right side of the screen. Enabling this mode also shows points gained (in green) and points lost (in red) that get added to the total.

Style

Like other activations, you can customize the game with your own brand logo, background image as well as custom Answer Color and Points Color. Here are a bunch of other Styling options available for the game:
