Uninstalling Send & Track

Follow this guide to uninstall Send & Track.

Step 1: Close Outlook

Close Microsoft Outlook. Hopefully you know how to do that. If not, you're addicted to email :-)

Step 2: Uninstall Program

  1. On Windows, go to your Control Panel under uninstall programs. For example, on Windows 7 go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program.
  2. Select "Lead Liaison Streamer" with your cursor then click the "Uninstall" button. If you're prompted with "Are you sure you want to uninstall Lead Liaison Send & Track?" click yes.
  3. Depending on the security configuration of your computer you see another "Are you sure..." prompt. Hit yes/continue to proceed.

  4. If Outlook was not closed (Step #1) you'll see a prompt similar to the one below. Make sure to close Outlook then hit "Retry".
  5. Let the uninstall wizard run. The program will be uninstalled automatically.

Step 3: Confirm Uninstall

  1. To confirm the uninstall was successful do three things:
    1. Check to see if the 'Send and Track' folder still exists. The folder is located at 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Lead Liaison\Send and Track\' or 'C:\Program Files\Lead Liaison\Send and Track\'. If the uninstall was successful then the folder would be gone.
    2. Go back to the uninstall a program section of your computer and verify the program is not there.
    3. Open Microsoft Outlook to make sure the Lead Liaison Toolbar is not there.
