Your Grip Account
To connect your Grip account, your API Token and Container ID are needed.
Although container ID is set on the connector, it can be overridden later on the embedded Captello link (mentioned further into the article) to track attendees, meaning that there is no need to change the container ID on the connector every time the event changes on Grip.
Go to Setup > Integrations > Connectors. Fill in the API Token and Container ID Fields then click Save.

You are now ready to embed your zone into your Grip account!

From Item Placement, Item Type and Sub-Category, choose Primary, URL and Embedded Link (Or Web view)respectively, then add your Embed URL in the Embeddable URL (Or Web view) field.

Once an attendee launches your event, they will be able to launch your zone form the left side.

On Mobile
On mobile, the zone can be added to the home screen of an event. In addition, an attendee is able to see Captello zones from the More menu.
