Lead Liaison will avoid duplicating Organizations by checking for the Organization's name. If a match is found by name, then the system will either Overwrite or Update if Empty depending on your Import settings. Organization names are not case sensitive, but any variations on spelling could cause duplicate entries.
Filtering Imported Organizations/Deals.
You can filter Prospects based on their Organization/Deal Import date and the name of the Import File they were included on. Use the following criteria for Prospects Filters, Segementations, and Automations.
