Overview
With our Pardot connector, you can seamlessly sync leads from Captello to a Pardot account through our powerful Automations, Fulfillment Actions, and Bulk Actions.

Navigate to Setup > Integrations > Connectors.
Scroll down to the Connector labeled "Pardot Integration".
Click the “Add Account” button and it will take you to the page to enter your Pardot credentials.
If you entered the correct credentials, you should see a success message as pictured below.
Now the next step is to enter your Business Unit ID. Once done, you’ll see the success prompt as shown here:
Note: If you’re connecting to a sandbox account then please make sure you enable the Demo option as shown here:

On the mapping menu, select the Lead Liaison Captello field on the right and the corresponding Pardot field on the left.
