List Enrichment
Overview
The List Enrichment feature allows you to upload a list of prospects including first and last names along with company names and/or job titles, to be enriched using the Captello Enrichment Network once the upload is finished.
The Captello Enrichment Network consists of 25+ data partners and publically available information, such as social media profiles and public directories, adding emails and/or phone numbers to their propsect profiles.
Applying List Enrichment
The List Enrichment feature requires a standalone license. Please contact your Captello representative to enable this feature.
To enrich a list, follow the steps below.
Navigate to Propsects > All Prospects
Click the Options drop-down and click ‘Import’
Select your list for upload.
Make sure fields are mapped correctly, and click Next.
A preview will show, click Next.
Click on the Enrich checkbox for email and/or phone, and then click Next.
Click Run to start the import and enrichment process.
The uploaded prospects will now be enriched!
