The NPI lookup feature allows you to enrich your capture form with information from the NPI databse by looking up records using the NPI number.

Setting up NPI Lookup

To set up the Lookup feature in a capture form, follow the steps below:

• Add a single line text field or a number field, then enable the lookup toggle for it.

• Select the source as NPI.

• [Recommended] Enable the Verify Data toggle. It allows you to review the retreived information before filling the form.

• Decide whether you want the lookup to work on Mobile only, Webview only, or both.

Using NPI Lookup

• On your form, enter an NPI number in the designated lookup field, then click the magnifier icon.

• If the Verify Data toggle is turned on, a verification pop-up will show up so you can verify the contact information before filling form. Otherwise, the form will be filled automatically.
