Overview

This article goes through the branding and domain whitelabeling settings for activations and zones.

Settings

Branding settings for activations and zones are available at Setup > Activations > Player Profiles > Branding.

Branding Logo

Allows you to add your own logo to zones.

Recomended resolution and aspect ratio: 600 x 120 (10:2), or 256 x 256 (square).

Favicon

Changes the favicon on activation/zone browser tabs.

Recommended Aspect Ratio and Resolution: Must be a square, 256x256 pixels is recommended.

If you must upload a rectangular favicon, make sure to add space on top and below the logo to make the image an even square, otherwise it will be squished into a square.

Loading Icon

Changes the Captello loading icon (spinning red C) with your designated icon.

Recommended Aspect Ratio and Resolution: Must be a square, 256x256 pixels is recommended.

An animated GIF can be used.

If you must upload a rectangular favicon, make sure to add space on top and below the logo to make the image an even square, otherwise it will be squished into a square.

Header Background Color

Changes header color of zones.

Primary Color

Changes the primary theme color for the zone and player profiles (when they login for the Reward Center). This shows inside zones on the login button.

Secondary Color

Changes the secondary theme color for the zone and player profiles (when they login for the Reward Center). This shows in zones on the sign up button.

Background Color

Changes the background color while the zone is loading.

Font Family

Changes the font for the zone headers and player profiles (when they login for the Reward Center). This shows in zones on the sign up button. The font shows on the sign up and login buttons.

Whitelabeling URLs

Whitelabeling the activations and zones URLs is available through your Captello representative.

Here is a summary of the process:

Confirm the domain you want to use.
Captello to provide DNS records to authenticate.
Authenticate the provided DNS records on your DNS service.
