Goals
Goals can be added for the Activations. You can assign any number of activations to the goal and the players have to complete all the assigned activations in order to achieve the goal.
Creating Goals
Go to Events > Activations > Goals and click the green NEW button.
Provide a unique name for your Goal and click Save.
Automatically add players to this goal when they play:
Turning this setting on will automatically add the player to your goal when they play. When the setting is off the player may be added to the goal manually, by permission only, once they play.
Next, click on the dropdown next to the goal and select Assign Activations. This will open a popup from where you can select Activations from a dropdown to link to the goal.
Remove Goal Achievement for Players who have not played new Activations:
Turning this setting on will remove the Goal Achievement from a Player’s profile if they have not played any of the new Activations added to this Goal.
Activations can also be linked to Goals from inside the Activation Designer page.
Goals Actions
You can trigger Fulfillment Actions for Goals based on:
Assigned Goal - The actions will trigger once a Prospect is assigned the goal.
Achieve Goal - The actions will trigger once the goal is achieved.
To add a Fulfillment Actions, click on the dropdown menu next to the Goal and use these options:
Assigning Goals to Prospects
There are two ways to assign the goals to prospects, either automatically once they play an activation that is part of the goal, or manually using the Assign Activation Goal action.
If you setup a goal and want it to show at player profile portal even without someone playing the activations, then you have to run an Automation or Bulk Action to assign goal to the player.
You can use the Assign Activation Goal action in an Automation or Bulk Action to manually assign goal(s) to Prospect(s).
