Periodic Email Reports
Reports are emailed around 2:00AM Central USA Time. Email reports are not enabled by default. Each user will need to individually enable their Lead Report by following the instructions below.
A report of leads against your primary filter may be sent to you by configuring periodic email reports. This saves time by eliminating the need to login to Lead Liaison. Lead reports are configurable and allow the following customization:
- Applying specific filters
- Sending email reports daily, weekly or monthly
Only one lead report is sent per user. The lead report uses the visitor tracking Primary Filter. You can learn more about setting up a Primary Filter here.
To configure periodic email reports do the following:
Navigate to Personal Settings
Then navigate to the Notifications tab
From there you can turn on Lead Report to receive the daily email
