Some event badge providers will have certain limits on how their API is used, for example, limiting the number of scans per minute, or number of devices used. When attending an event, it is important to:

• Know if there are any limits imposed by the provider.

• Ask them for ways to avoid them, such as extending your license, or purchasing more API keys.

• Let the Captello event team know about it, so they can configure your capture form accordingly.
