What to do First

Login to Lead Liaison at https://app.leadliaison.com. The first thing you will see is a 3 step Configuration Wizard. Complete all items in Step 1 of the Configuration Wizard. Once each item is completed the system will grey-out the text and place a check mark next to each item. A Completeness bar resides at the top of Step 1 indicating the progress made configuring your account. Complete all steps of the wizard until the Completeness bar reaches 100%.

Administrators will see two sections in Step 1, a User Profile and Admin Settings section. Users who do not have administrative rights will only see a "User Profile" section.
