Occasionally network issues could cause an email message to be undelivered. If a connection/network issue occurs Lead Liaison will attempt to automatically resend the email. Lead Liaison will make up to 5 attempts every 6 hours. In summary, over a period of 30 hours we will attempt to resend the email.
Please note that resend attempts for other reasons than network issues are done on a different schedule. For example, if an email address soft bounces Lead Liaison will make up to 5 attempts. If the message cannot be delivered after 5 attempts the prospect's record will be marked with a Hard Bounce. |
