Lead Liaison is installed into Salesforce.com in three easy steps. Here's an overview of the installation process. Details are covered in Section 3 and 4 below.
- Click a link and install a package
- Assign a new lead and contact layout to the respective profiles
- Change field accessibility to allow syncing
- Configure Lead Liaison and sync your Salesforce.com data to Lead Liaison
The Lead Liaison package will make the following changes to your Salesforce.com account:
- Add new fields to the Leads and Contacts pages
- Create a new layout for the Leads and Contacts pages
