Overview
Captello’s SFTP integration allows seamless exporting of submission and prospect records to SFTP servers. This article goes through setting up and exporting spreadsheets directly to an SFTP server.
Connecting Your SFTP Server
Contact your Captello representative to enable the SFTP integration on your account.
After enabling the SFTP connector on your account, follow the steps below to connect your SFTP server:
Navigate to ‘Setup > Integrations > Connectors’.
Scroll down to SFTP.
Click on ‘Add Account’.
Add your SFTP credentials. Account Name can be customized to your liking.
(Optional) Click on 'Test Connection’ to make sure the credentials are correct before saving.
Click ‘Save’.
Your SFTP server is now connected!
Exporting Spreadsheets to your SFTP Server
Whether you are exporting submissions or prospects, the export pop-up will show SFTP as a destination, from which you can select SFTP. In the example below, an event’s submissions are exported:
Select the desired export (submission in this example).
From the 'Export Type' pop-up, select SFTP as your destination and click 'Continue'.
The spreadsheet will be exported directly to your SFTP server!
