A prospect's lead grade can be viewed from the prospect's profile page. Click on the name of the prospect anywhere in Lead Liaison to go to the prospect page. Alternatively, go the Sales tab and type in the name of the prospect in the "Find Prospects" box. Once you're on the Prospect Profile page you can view or manually change a prospect's lead grade.
