API Information and Sync Flow Diagram

API Used: SOAP API (v24.0)

Duplicate checking method: The SOAP API is used to check against our data base in the synced leads/contacts. If the setting to check for duplicates in real time is turned on, Captello uses the same API to run a SOQL query.

The following diagram shows how the sync flows when the sync action (Sync lead to Salesforce) is taken from Captello.
