Login to Lead Liaison at https://app.leadliaison.com. The first thing you will see is a Getting Started wizard. Complete all steps. Once each item is completed the system will grey-out the text and place a checkmark next to each item indicating it's completed. A Completeness bar resides at the top of Step 1 each section indicating the progress made configuring your account. Complete all steps of the wizard until the Completeness bar reaches 100% for each respective section.

Administrators will see two sections in Step 1, a User Profile and Admin Settings section. Users who do not have administrative rights will only see a "User Profile" section.sections that standard users may not, for example, the IT section. |
