Lead Liaison provides five types of alerts to help you notify your sales team of new leads. In general, alert rules are configured by your Lead Liaison Administrator and applied globally across your organization. Sales people can choose to receive alerts via email and/or SMS (text messaging). An alert center (located on the top right section of the application) consolidates and manages all alerts.
