The messaging tab allows you to configure various messages and texts your prospects will see while using the Activation. There can be some custom messages here which are Activation specific. Details on those can be found in our Activation Library
Game Over Action
When someone finishes using the Activation, what action should be taken. The options areUse the Game Over action to control system behavior after an Activation. Choose one of the following:
Start Over - Selecting Start over means that once Restart the Activation is ended, it will restart. Either , either showing the submission capture form , or the Activation depending on if your lead capture is before or after the Activationskipping depending on Capture Form settings.
Thank you message - Selecting Thank you message lets you configure a message that will get displayed as a basic webpage after the Activation completes. This is useful to provide instructions, if there’s a follow up to the Activation.Redirect - Redirect to a Link lets you specify either a full URL, such as your homepage, or one of your configured Landing pages. The redirection will happen as soon as they click to complete the Activation.Display a text message on a simple web page.
Redirect - Redirect to a custom URL or a Landing Page.
Display Leaderboard - show the Activation’s Leaderboard or a connected Global Leaderboard.
Schedule Meeting - redirect player to a connected Meeting Scheduler. (requires a Meeting Scheduler license).
Display Progress Report - if Activation is part of a Goal, display the Progress Report.
Play Restriction Action (Without Capture)
This setting will trigger when a player hits the Play Restrictions (in the Settings step) and the game is launched without a Capture Form. If the player hits the restriction they’ll be shown a standard message or redirected to a new page based on your settings.
You can redirect to a web address or to a hosted landing page.
