Every new Lead Liaison customer goes through an on-boarding process with their assigned Lead Liaison Revenue Performance Specialist to provide them with the best experience possible. This document covers our on-boarding program which begins with a Revenue Consultation, Quick Start Program and transition to support. Once you're on-board, we don't stop short of success. Your Revenue Performance Specialist will plan monthly a Revenue Review sessions with you for the first three months to make sure you're on track and achieving your goals.

Revenue Review

To ensure your experience is positive, you're maximizing return from Lead Liaison and you're meeting your marketing goals your Revenue Performance Specialist will schedule three (3) calls following your on-boarding session. Each a Revenue Review. The call is designed to look back at the previous session sessions to gauge how you're doing against your goals. We'll provide recommendations as needed and take all your input. Revenue Review sessions are intended to be a win-win for both parties. Below is a list of benefits of these sessions:

  1. Provides an opportunity to reflect on the past month - did we meet our goals? where did we fall short? how could we improve?
  2. Gives us valuable input on what is useful or even what's not useful - what could we do better?
  3. Ensures you're getting the most out of the platform
